Help Me Get a Reliable Vehicle for Medical

I'm 56 years old and on Social Security, receiving $1,023 a month to cover my bills and living expenses. I have multiple medical issues and attend three to four doctor appointments a week.

My 2003 Nissan Altima has become unreliable. It goes through about 2 gallons of oil a week, isn't firing on all four cylinders, and the front end is deteriorating. I need a dependable vehicle to get back and forth to my medical appointments safely and comfortably.
