Help Me Avoid Student Loan Default

I’m starting this fundraiser because I’m currently experiencing financial hardship and am struggling to stay afloat while I work toward finding more stable employment.

I currently rely on gig based catering work. While the flexibility is awesome, the work & income are inconsistent, and right now my take home is only $150-$200/monthly, sometimes even less. Most of what I earn goes towards basic necessities, leaving very little room to handle the financial obligations I've accumulated.

One of my biggest sources of stress right now is my student loan debt. I took these loans at a time when I didn’t fully understand the long term impact, and now I’m trying to correct my situation responsibly. My goal isn't to avoid my obligations but to give myself some breathing room during a difficult period so I can focus on finding consistent work and getting back on my feet.
