Help Manny Care For His Mom

On September 21, Manny’s mom, Ana, was rushed to the hospital after intense headaches. Doctors diagnosed her with a subarachnoid hemorrhage, a bleed around the brain. She initially went to the ICU but has now been transferred to the Neuro ICU and still being closely monitored. We’re grateful tests eased concerns about an aneurysm, but Ana still faces severe headaches, fatigue, and some difficulties with her cognitive function. Her recovery will take time, and we’re trusting Jesus for her full healing.

When Ana was hospitalized, Manny flew from Dallas to Los Angeles to be by her side. He is her primary support and has put his work and life in Dallas on hold to care for his mom. Now he needs to stay in Los Angeles until she recovers and she can care for herself.

Manny is a generous, hardworking friend who has shown up for many people. If you know him from ministry, work, friendship, or family, please consider helping. Our goal is to help cover the next few months of living expenses and give Manny an opportunity to focus on his mom’s care without taking on extra work or stressing during this unexpected and difficult season.

Manny isn’t someone who easily asks for help, so we’re asking on his behalf. We know receiving support can be hard for him, and we’re grateful for the chance to show up for him and bless him in this season. We’re asking our community and family to come alongside Manny and Ana and remind them they’re not alone. Please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser, and most of all, please keep praying for Ana’s full healing and recovery.

Thank you for your prayers and support.
