Help King Fixxser with Housing

King Fixxser recently had a heart attack, and he's struggling financially as he recovers. I didn't want to give out that he's living in a motel and homeless but he's giving me permission to do so. He's in a dire situation until the state helps him. He has no family. He has a dog that also needs help and it's making it harder to find housing. Smokey is his beloved bassethound, he will not ever leave him behind.
