Help Aba after the Fire

Yesterday, October 4th, my grandma Aba’s home caught fire and was completely destroyed.

This wasn’t just a house. It was the home she came to from , the home my dad and his brothers grew up in, and the home where I spent every weekend growing up surrounded by my cousins and friends. So many of our family memories were made there, and now it’s all gone.

My grandma is 85 years old. She was able to make it out safely, but she left with nothing but the clothes on her back. She lost her clothes, medication, bed, personal belongings, photographs, and so many irreplaceable memories.

The fuse box exploded, and within minutes the entire house was up in flames.

She is retired and has very little to her name, and now she’s being forced to rebuild her entire life from scratch.
