A little oasis for our neighbors, the fish, and the birds — let's keep it clean, beautiful, and full of life.

Hello friends and neighbors,

Our little community pond has become more than just a patch of water — it's a shared place of beauty, calm, and connection. It's home to minnows, snails, birds, plants, and the occasional dragonfly. For the people who live here, it’s a daily delight — a quiet ripple of nature in the middle of our residence.

But keeping a pond healthy isn’t easy. It takes time, energy, and more resources than one person can handle alone. Right now, the cost of upkeep — water treatments, testing supplies, plants, filter materials, and the occasional equipment repair — is more than we can manage without a little help.

Not long ago, management made it clear: if the pond wasn’t cared for, it would be removed. That was the turning point. A few of us stepped up — cleaning, patching, planting — and others gave what they could to support the effort. Thanks to that, the pond is still here. But it’s fragile. If we want to keep it, we all need to be involved. A few of us can do the heavy lifting, and a few of us can give a few dollars a month — but it only works if everyone chips in however they can.

This page is for anyone who wants to help by tossing a few coins in the pond for luck — and for love.

Your contribution will help us:

    Maintain clean, oxygen-rich water for the fish and plants

    Control algae and prevent mosquito breeding

    Replace worn-out pump parts and filters

    Add native plants and natural biofilters

    Keep things running even during storms or droughts
