Why Now
Two years ago, we planned to film in Jerusalem—but conflict put everything on hold. Doors have reopened. Chefs, winemakers, and local guides are ready to welcome us. December 2025 is our window to capture a story of hope, rooted in Scripture and served at the table.
The Vision
Food, Wine & GOD is a travel-culinary-faith docuseries hosted by Chef Zac Jiwa. Each episode explores cities of scriptural significance through markets, kitchens, vineyards, and sacred sites—ending around a shared table where diverse voices break bread and speak peace.
Pilot Logline (Jerusalem):
Guided by award-winning Chef Tali Friedman in Mahane Yehuda Market, cooking biblical herbs with Chef Moshe Basson at Eucalyptus, and tasting the Judean Hills at Domaine du Castel, Zac gathers a small circle for a meal where ancient hope meets modern life.
