Comrades in Need

Salutations everyone. My name is Kerrick Martin, a fighter for our people. Before you choose to donate, ask yourself some questions: How much of the world population is White? How many of those people are able to have children? How many of those people have or are going to have an above-replacement level amount of children? How many of those people are raising their children to not be ashamed of their heritage, history, and faith, in a cohesive nuclear family with loving, present, parents?

We are one of those families that are a percentage of a percentage of a percentage of our people. In fact, my children are the only direct descendants for three of their grandparents. My children merely existing is keeping 3 entire bloodlines from going extinct, and they could have all died in a car accident we experienced several days ago.

Our primary vehicle was totaled in a car accident after we were struck by a person attempting to pass us while we were going the speed limit. My whole family, pregnant wife and three children (4, 3, and 1yo), were driving when a person behind us attempted to overtake us. That person went in to oncoming traffic not seeing the three oncoming vehicles, and swerved back in to our lane, and struck us just behind the left wheel well. This impact resulted in our vehicle, a Ram Promaster 1500 cargo van which we had built out in to an RV, to lose control and run off the road where it rolled twice and landed on its side.

First responders were able to attend to all of us, and we were transported in three separate ambulances to the local hospital to receive the necessary care for our family.

We were all discharged from the hospital later that night. My children sustained non-life threatening cuts to their heads and faces, and my wife received several scrapes and bruises. My youngest and myself received no apparent injuries. My wife however appears to have bouts of sickness and dizziness that don't appear related to her pregnancy, and we will be getting her checked out after we have secured replacement child safety seats for our backup vehicle.

I am forced to ask for help because the loss of this vehicle effectively altered our life trajectory. I am scheduled to lose my current job at the end of the year due to my position no longer being needed. Because of that my wife and I had planned to sell our home this coming spring and to live out of our van with our children. I as a father have always prioritized my children's presence. Whenever I did have to commute, my whole family would come along in the van and camp outside whatever job I had, and I would spend all my breaks and lunches with them. That van enabled me to not just be a biological father, but an actually present one, and it allowed me to be there for my wife whenever she needed me.

Whatever money we receive will be spent on paying incoming bills, trying to find a replacement vehicle, and eventually selling our home.

I never thought in all the time I've been on this site that I'd be one of the people asking for help.
