🌟 **A Heartfelt Mission**

Hey everyone! I'm reaching out today from a place that feels both heavy and full of hope. It’s about my son, who has been through more than any person should ever face—and it’s about all of us coming together to protect our Rights, Liberties and Freedom. 🌈💔

**The Impact We Barely Survived**

A few years ago, life turned upside down when our family faced a nightmare that should never have been made possible in our country. My son was wrongfully prosecuted and IS STILL BEING PUNISHED under the guise of justice. It’s hard to put into words the toll this has done to ourselves and to our community.

**The Cost of Injustice**

My heart aches thinking about how our struggles have impacted us. From sleepless nights worrying about the future to picking up pieces after every legal battle and act of retaliation adds another stone in an already heavy load. The financial burden alone has been staggering—from endless fees to therapy sessions and more than we could possibly cover with our limited and dwindling income. Due to the retaliation, threats and abuse Gabriel has endured he is living in fear of speaking out in order to tell the true account, which has been covered up.

Since my son was arrested, we have been deprived of the ability to defend ourselves against ongoing assault by the violent stalkers who the police have permitted to assault us over the course of several years. Additionally, in February, I was physically attacked by a home invader who claimed to be a gang member and said, "They're going to come here and kill you.", before slamming me to the ground and choking me out while shouting "I'm going to kill you!". Despite Gabriel having been unjustifiably disarmed he risked his life to rescue me and restrain the assailant. The would be assassin tgen repeatedly proclaimed, "I'm with the [gang]. We know who you are, and we're going to kill you and your mother!". I have have since been unable to return to work due to the injuries I'm suffering from the attack, despite the addition of medical bills. In order to provide for the daily operation of our household, Gabriel has been forced to continue working long hours despite the injuries he sustained in that attack.

**Hope Amid Chaos: Your Role Matters**

And yet, amidst all this pain and hardship, in the face of voilent threat, while deprived of the God given Inalienable Self-evident Natural Right to self-defense enshrined in "The Right to own and bear arms." there is a glimmer of hope. You! 🙏 From the bottom of my heart, thank you for even taking the time to read about our struggle—it means more than words can express in circumstances like these. Every donation helps us inch closer towards safety, recovery, healing, justice, and the preservation of Rights, not just for my son but for every family fighting against injustice and abuse of power. Gabriel has been stripped of virtually every Right which we hold dear. This isn’t just a fight for the Second Amendment, but for every other Civil Right that we believe is Law. What's been done to my son should never be allowed to happen to anyone, their loved ones or fellow human again.
