For 20 years, Wellington Christian Academy has been serving the community of Wellington as well as surrounding areas as a State Accredited school.  To the attendees, past and present, WCA is more than just a school.  WCA has given children an academically challenging curriculum, an environment where Biblical principles are taught, modeled and expected, a loving and empathetic environment as well as parental participation.

It is expected that the students who attend WCA will conduct themselves by the Word of God.  Each day begins with school-wide prayer, song and scripture that connect the school as a family.  In addition to traditional academic courses, the students at WCA attend daily Bible classes.

In addition to Biblical principles, WCA provides enrichment opportunities in many different classes.  Students have weekly classes in music, art, P.E. and Spanish.  Yes!  Even kindergarten students are learning Spanish!  Band classes are offered to upper elementary students.

“We believe the existence of private schools that encourage academic excellence promotes higher standards among all schools. We believe private Christian schools in particular give students an excellent opportunity to learn from godly teachers who can be important examples in their lives. These instructors can teach students how to integrate a Christian worldview into every area of learning. Christian schools also allow students to be surrounded by peers who are more likely to share a faith in Jesus Christ.”

As WCA risks closure after the '22-'23 school year due to financial loss, the teachers, parents and community are reaching out to make a way!  The WCA family understands that ALL things are possible through God!  The Lord has put it on the hearts of those who love WCA to pray for funding for this upcoming school year.  That is where you come in!

We are asking for monetary contributions to see that WCA continues the legacy that has already been established.  Any amount will support this goal!  We also ask for prayer!  Please share with others in the need of prayer and donations to this wonderful school!
