Veteran needs a new truck for work

I'm a U.S. Navy veteran. I have 2 bad knees with severe arthritis. I can't stand or walk for long periods of time. So I drive my pickup to take a construction crew to work. My truck, a 2014 Chevy Silverado, is getting wore out. I can't afford a newer truck. My truck has379514 miles on it. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
