Her home was scheduled for foreclosure sale on September 23, 2025.

URGENT HELP IS REQUIRED TO PREVENT AN 84 YEAR OLD WOMAN FROM LOSING HER HOME AND HAVE FOOD AND UTILITIES PAID THIS MONTH - JULY 2026

I am requesting rescue support for an 84 year old woman who has spent her adult life rescuing hundreds of animals. Unfortunately, she is a widow and her animal rescuing efforts have place her in need of a financial rescue. She is surviving on a limited income of social security and like many her age has challenges with her health and financial emergencies.

My efforts to support her enabled the avoidance of foreclosure via a trial payment program. which was just started with her first payment on July 1st. Unfortunately, recent expenses for emergency services to her home have depleted the small amount of money set aside for events like this. She is now overdrawn her only bank account. She will not receive her social security payment for July until July 22nd.

The financial support is needed to first enable her to eat and to keep her mortgage current.

To enable that, a minimum of $2,000 is needs to be raised this month. That is an additional $1,220 to current status.

The total $30,000 goal is to install a chair lift system in her home and make her ability to continue her efforts with her remaining six animals possible. Her knees are requiring surgery and without the chair lift she will not be able to complete the recovery from the surgery at home.

Until a two years ago a family member was paying for her mortgage. That member can no longer do so.

With these donations she will be able to eat and keep her mortgage reinstatement process on schedule and enable her to remain in her home.

Any amount that can be afforded to assist this wonderful woman, My Mother-in-Law who has done much for others is greatly appreciated.  The funds will be used by Karin to make ongoing payments on her mortgage and basic living needs.

I have recently started a new job that in the coming months will enable me to provide support.
