Truck driver down with back surgery

I have been a truck driver for 30 yrs had to have emergency surgery on my back then had to get 2 more surgery then tryed to go back to work but couldn't keep up with the job so my company let me go I lost my insurance I have 2 more surgery coming up anything would help I have to travel 150 miles for doctor appointments I have never asked for help before.
