At Turning Point UK, we believe in upholding the central founding institutions of society: marriage and family. One of the major reasons couples put this off is finances. Our organisation believes that finances should not be an obstacle to marrying young. This can be one of the biggest deterrents for couples who want to start a family and it shouldn’t be this way.

Our Chapter President at Royal Holloway University is getting married next year. He has proposed to his girlfriend a few weeks ago.

If we want to see more marriage and families as a society, we must be willing to contribute to that mission. And who knows, maybe we could be organising the fundraiser for your wedding next time!

We all spent £5 we didn’t need to last month. Let’s aim to put in £5 each. If TPUK students can raise £100 across the chapters, Hannah will match it to make it £200.
