The Lord's Seminary (TLS) in Loreto, Agusan del Sur, on the island of Mindanao in the Republic of the Philippines, is seeking to complete its building project. It has a first-story, but wants to complete its second story. The first story houses its library and a space for Covenant Reformation Presbyterian Church, Loreto, to meet, along with a small "prophet's chamber" for visiting instructors to lodge. The second floor, which has a roof, will need to be enclosed and finished to provide a larger classroom for the seminary.

TLS exists to train pastors in the truth of God's Word, equipping them to labor in their rural and small town environment in Mindanao. Many minister to tribal people in their area, and many are themselves members of these tribal groups. Instructors visit several times a year for intensive training for the pastors, and video instruction is also provided.
