The Band Ashokan is a Christian band with country and rock roots from the Rochester, NY area. Recently, the band was offered an incredible opportunity to work with a record label in Knoxville, Tennessee- a label that is going to help us produce and promote our debut album, which includes all-new, original Christian songs and favorite adapted covers. Of course, traveling from NY to Tennessee and the costs of production are pretty hefty, especially when half the band members are high-school student musicians, and so we're asking for help covering the costs of this amazing opportunity that God has set before us.

Creating this album is just the next step in our ministry that aims to reach as many ears and hearts that are looking for the Good News of Salvation through Christ Jesus. Being able to have an album will allow us to share our music and testimony with so many more people, which is, at it's core, our truest mission.

Our trip to the recording studio is set for the week of Easter Break (March 30th-April 4th 2026) while our student musicians are off of school.

**Campaign Note** On behalf of the whole band, I (Kate) would like to thank all of you for your generous donations and prayers! As the administrative manager of the group and family member of both the lead singer and the bassist, I am so grateful for the love and support rallied around us to make this album happen and help us spread the Word! The funds raised will go directly into the financial investment to create the band's album. I will be submitting the funds raised directly to the band and they will be putting the funding toward the costs of recording, production, mastering, and radio promotion. Our hope is that we can reach as many hearts as possible with recorded music that will be available to anyone who can stream it or hear it on the radio, God willing!
