I am faced with the impossible task of traveling over 900 miles from South Carolina to Texas, finding a place to stay near the hospital, and covering daily expenses like food and basic needs while I undergo treatment—all with a bank account that is completely empty.

It is incredibly humbling and difficult to admit this publicly, but I cannot do this alone. I am being locked out of my own survival simply because I cannot afford the cost of getting to the hospital.
