For years my spouse has suffered with dental complications. It started with a few cavities despite a strict dental care regimen and eventually became the deterioration of all of her teeth. We have since learned that she has a family history of dental problems and most of her family has been left with dentures 10+ years sooner than would be expected due to age related causes. As there is more research that has been done in the long term in regard to health of the jaw bone and other complications that come with dentures, implants are the better option.

She wants the ability to smile proudly and eat meals without pain and discomfort. As a Veteran of the US Navy she does not have health insurance that will help alleviate any of the cost of this procedure, nor do we collectively have the finances to do it on our own, much like many others in today's world.
