Our family has been going through an unimaginable nightmare over the past year. My husband, Don, and I—alongside our family—have been fighting for our rights and our livelihood after facing a false accusations and a wrongful l forced move and a cascade of unfair legal challenges.

​It all started from an incident where Don stepped in to ensure the safety of a child being bullied at a park across the street from where we lived. Due to a baseless accusation and a complete failure of the system to listen to the facts, Don was wrongfully targeted.

That single, false claim turned our lives upside down: we were forced to move unexpectedly and quickly, our family was separated, it financially ruined us, and pushed us into bankruptcy resulting in the loss of two cars, one was stolen.

​On top of this, both of us are dealing with significant health challenges—Don is disabled after surviving multiple heart attacks and strokes, and I am dealing with severe nerve damage in my arms and hands while waiting for necessary surgeries.

​We are currently living in our 5th wheel at an RV campground in Utah, while fighting these cases in court. We know we are in the right and are determined to see this through, but the legal process is dragging out, and our funds have completely run out.

​We are humbly asking for help to cover our campground rent and basic living expenses so we can hold on just a little longer until we can clear our names and move forward with our lives. Any contribution, sharing of this page, or words of support would mean the world to us.
