I can still remember the faces of those eager young ones, bright-eyed and full of curiosity as they gathered around me. They are part of something bigger than themselves—a community that believes in their potential, a place where dreams take flight like birds taking to the skies for the very first time! These children are far from the city lights, tucked away in Kanggabok's serene mountain peaks. Their smiles light up even the darkest corners, and there’s something about them—something pure, unfiltered... just raw joy in their eyes as they learn about Jesus.

But life isn’t always a bed of roses for these little souls; it can be tough here! The journey to the nearest town is hard to get to, and resources are scarce. These children often lack basic necessities like books, clothes, and even simple snacks that we take for granted. They need encouragement—not just in material things but also spiritually. Their hearts yearn not only for a warm meal but for the warmth of God’s love too!

We want to ensure they have everything necessary to thrive, both physically and spiritually. We are raising funds to build an addition onto our church—a dedicated space for youth ministry activities like Bible studies or worship sessions where these kids can learn about God’s love in a tangible way. Plus, we aim to set up a kitchen area that will supply basic needs and ensure no child goes hungry!
