Support the Bentley Family

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of Brandon Bentley.

Brandon was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, beloved coworker, and loyal friend whose life touched countless people. A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Brandon dedicated himself to serving his country before continuing his commitment to public service through a distinguished career with the Federal Aviation Administration. He first worked as an Air Traffic Controller in Savannah, Georgia, and later at Atlanta TRACON (A80), where he earned the respect and admiration of his coworkers through his professionalism, dedication, and unwavering commitment to aviation safety.

Brandon's loss has left an unimaginable void in the lives of those who loved him most. He is survived by his wife, Mary Bentley, and his two sons, Austin and Alex. The Bentley family calls Senoia, Georgia home, where they have built a life together and formed lasting friendships within their community.

Austin, a Sophomore at East Coweta High School and Alex, who serves as an Officer in the United States Air Force, along with the entire Bentley family are now facing the heartbreaking reality of moving forward without a husband, father, son, and role model who meant so much to them. At a time when young men should be focused on school, friends, and their future, they are instead navigating an unimaginable loss.

As the Bentley family grieves, they are also faced with the financial challenges that often accompany a tragedy of this magnitude. This fundraiser has been established to help ease those burdens by assisting with funeral and memorial expenses, household obligations, and other unexpected costs that may arise in the difficult days and months ahead.

Those who knew Brandon understand that he was more than a veteran, controller, husband, father, son, or friend—he was someone people could always count on. Whether serving his country in the Air Force, helping guide aircraft safely through the skies, or caring for the people he loved most, Brandon approached life with dedication, integrity, and selfless service. More than twenty years after beginning his military journey, he continued to embody the Air Force Core Values of Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do.

Today, we have an opportunity to come together and support Mary, Austin, Alex, and the entire Bentley family during one of the most difficult chapters of their lives. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help provide stability and relief during an incredibly challenging time. If you are unable to contribute financially, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping the Bentley family in your thoughts and prayers.

On behalf of Mary, Austin, Alex, and the entire Bentley family, thank you for your generosity, compassion, and support. Your kindness will help remind them that they are surrounded by a community that cares and that they do not have to face this journey alone.

May Brandon's memory live on through the lives he touched, the service he gave, and the love he shared with his family and friends.
