Student loan debt

I have been paying the students loans I took out for my child's college for about 20 years. The balance never goes down so I am asking for help to pay them off. When the loans were originated I was told it would be around $500.00 per month to pay it back. False! Also the school that my child attended is now closed so again I’m asking for you help to get me out from under water. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you
