🌟 Standing With Sarah Beth – Faith, Family, and Hope 🌟

There are moments in life that divide time into before and after. For our family, cancer has done that more than once.

In 2022, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. After treatment, we believed we had reached the other side — that this chapter was closing. In 2024, cancer returned as Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, turning our world upside down again. After surgery and treatment, we entered another brief season of hope. And now, within the last several months, we are facing cancer once more.

This is the third wave we’ve had to walk through — not because cancer “came back,” but because it never truly left.

Throughout this journey, I’ve had to step away from working to focus on treatment and healing. My husband has carried the weight of providing for our family alone while working long hours as a firefighter, often away from home when we most wish to be together. We are raising three beautiful children, doing everything we can to keep life steady for them while navigating appointments, treatments, medications, and the emotional toll that comes with long-term illness.

We have been able to get by — just enough — but the reality is that this road is heavy. The medical bills, travel, prescriptions, and daily life expenses continue to add up, even when treatment pauses. The burden is not just financial; it is physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Still, we lean on our faith.

More than anything, we ask for prayers — for healing, peace, endurance, and strength. For wisdom in decisions ahead. For the comfort of our children. For grace to meet each day as it comes.

Many have asked how they can help beyond prayer. This fundraiser exists to help ease some of the financial pressure of this journey so we can focus more fully on treatment, family, and faith rather than constant worry.
