Almost three years ago, my ex-wife and her attorney fabricated a story to portray me as an absent father in order to reopen our divorce case—despite the fact that I was the one who originally filed for the divorce. During the proceedings, the magistrate advised me to get legal representation. Trusting the system, I did just that. But instead of helping, hiring a lawyer only hurt my case and left me thousands of dollars in debt. Eventually, I had to fire my attorney because I simply couldn’t afford to keep going deeper into financial hardship.

As I looked more closely at my case, I began to uncover a disturbing truth: the magistrate, my lawyer, my ex-wife, and her lawyer were all acting in their own best interests—not in the interest of justice, and certainly not in the best interest of my children.

Now, not only am I working two jobs while raising my children full time and having this case under review in the Supreme Court—I’m also actively fighting it in family court. On top of that, they are now trying to hold me in contempt of court for refusing to follow an unconstitutional order issued by the magistrate. Following that order would mean becoming complicit in what are criminal actions and violations of my parental rights. Because I know my rights, I have chosen not to submit—I’ve chosen to fight. ‪Hell will have to freeze over before I surrender my God given and Constitutional Rights.‬

This fight is no longer just about my family. It’s about justice. It’s about preventing other parents and children from becoming victims of the same broken legal system. But the financial strain is real. Legal fees, court costs, and daily living expenses have pushed me into debt I can no longer manage alone.
