Hello, my name is Mikala kenning and I’m starting this page for my father his name is Darrin , he 58 years old and ever since I was born, he has came down with medical issues, but regardless of what it was, he continued to fight he has proved doctors and nurses completely wrong every single time. They’ve always said he won’t survive this, but I knew deep down he was. I am not much of a Christian woman. My faith is not strong, but my father faith is so I read the Bible and I prayed along his bedside that he would come out stronger each time and God delivered. A month ago he got diagnosed with stage four liver cancer that started in the pancreas. The doctors gave him at least six months left if chemotherapy does not work, but if chemo works and he responds well he’s got about two years or less and we are hoping that he responds so great to treatment! But let me tell you a little bit more about him. He loves to be out hunting and fishing. Love spending time with his granddaughters. He loves cooking, he a great dad! And a really good papa and a good brother he has the best sense of humor and the most funniest jokes anyone who has been around my father will tell you he’s one of the biggest pricks when needed to be, but he will also give you the shirt off his back regardless of the situation that has been happening. He has kept the most uplifting spirits. But sadly, we have fallen behind on a lot of medical bills. He has a lot of appointments that are up to an hour and 3 hours away and with the price of gas going up we can barely afford to make it to the appointments and pay off the medical bills so we are asking if there’s anything you can do to donate even if it’s just one dollar will help a lot and please keep him and our family in your prayers thank you.
