There are moments in life when people find themselves in situations they never expected—family conflict, legal challenges, emotional breakdowns, or systems that feel too overwhelming to navigate alone. In those moments, many people don’t need more confusion or judgment. They need clarity, compassion, and someone who understands how to help them move forward.

I was once in a position where I didn’t have anyone to represent me in a situation that i knew nothing unless I had $1000s of dollars to cover it, it should never be a burden to get and mediation support or support in conflict solutions whether it’s in the family, in a school situation, in a community situation or just setting up care for someone you love and support and establishing a plan that all parties can agree on, whether it’s a parent or couple just needing someone to help them work through their issues and help them get through things peacefully and not go broke or depressed doing it….

That is the foundation of my purpose.

For over 20 years, I have worked in caregiving and one-on-one support roles, including dementia care, sensory engagement, and dietary and daily living planning. That experience taught me something that cannot be learned from a textbook: every person has a story beneath their struggle, and every crisis carries a human need for dignity, stability, and understanding.

I have also supported youth mentoring environments through Big Brother/Big Sister-style services, helping individuals feel seen, supported, and guided during critical moments in their development. Across every role I’ve held, one truth has remained consistent—I am at my best when I am helping people find calm in the middle of chaos.

Now, I am stepping into a new professional path in mediation and criminal justice support services. My goal is to build a career focused on conflict resolution, advocacy, and structured support for individuals and families who feel overwhelmed by systems, communication breakdowns, or legal and emotional stress.

This transition requires training, certification, business setup, website development, advertising, and continued education. I am seeking support to build this foundation properly so I can serve people at a professional level with the tools and credibility this work requires.

This is not just a career change—it is a continuation of my life’s work in a more structured, impactful way.

My purpose is simple: to help people who feel like they are fighting alone realize they have options, support, and a path forward. Whether it is family disputes, difficult transitions, or navigating conflict, my mission is to be a steady, neutral guide who brings understanding and resolution where there is tension.

No one should have to face conflict alone. I intend to be part of the reason they don’t have to.
