Dear friends, family, prayer partners, and fellow believers, 

Our church is thrilled and honored again to be joining Chosen Children Ministries (CCM)—a dedicated Christian organization serving in Nicaragua for over 20 years—for an upcoming mission trip in January AND February of 2027. Due to the outpouring support, we now need 2 weeks!! CCM (ccm.life) works year-round (24/7, 365 days) alongside local pastors and churches to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ while breaking chains of poverty through practical help: clean water, safe housing, food, education, medical care, child sponsorship, church planting, and community transformation. Their heart is to build the Kingdom “heart by heart,” and we’re excited to partner with them to meet urgent needs on the ground.

Right now, 20 children in the communities CCM serves are urgently waiting for prescription eyeglasses. Without clear vision, school, play, and daily life are a struggle. The first $2,400 raised will directly provide these 20 pairs of glasses so these kids can see clearly and experience life more fully—starting right away!

Your gifts will fuel even more life-changing impact during our trip, in close partnership with CCM’s trusted local teams:

•  20 pairs of prescription glasses – $120 each → $2,400 (immediate priority for the 20 waiting children)

•  6 new homes for families in need – $2,700 each → $16,200 (aligning with CCM’s home-building projects)

•  6 bathrooms (for health, hygiene, and dignity) – $1,000 each → $6,000

•  2 Sunday community feedings – $500 each → $1,000

•  2 children’s feeding programs – $250 each → $500

•  600 food bags for vulnerable families – $25 each → $15,000

•  60 clean-burning stoves (safer cooking, reduced smoke-related illness) – $20 each → $1,200

•  6 beds for children or families without proper rest – $100 each → $600

Every dollar will be used transparently through CCM’s established channels to support these projects and the people we serve. Funds raised beyond this goal will go directly to additional real-time needs discovered during the trip—more glasses, food, repairs, medical help, or other urgent opportunities identified by our personal group and CCM’s on-the-ground team.

Nicaragua’s families and children face deep challenges, but through CCM’s ongoing work and teams like ours, hope is breaking through in Jesus’ name. Your support means shelter for the homeless, nutrition for the hungry, vision for the sight-impaired, and—most importantly—the opportunity to hear and receive the love of Christ.
