My name is Tarah Howard, and I’m a Functional Health Practitioner, ministry leader, and founder of The Well Life Healing Ministry.

Over the years, God has taken me on an incredibly deep journey through healing, restoration, surrender, faith, and discovering His love in ways I never expected.

What began through personal struggles within my own family eventually became a calling to help others experience healing spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, and relationally through the love and presence of Jesus.

My daughter’s health journey from birth led me into years of searching for answers, healing, and restoration. Through that process, God positioned me into holistic health and functional wellness, where I spent years learning, growing, obtaining certs and degrees, and helping others experience healing and restoration in their own lives.

I watched symptoms reverse. I watched autoimmune conditions improve. I watched people begin getting their lives back.

But even while witnessing healing happen, I eventually realized something was still missing.

The missing piece wasn’t more knowledge.

It was deeper surrender to God.

I realized I didn’t just need healing information — I needed to fully step into the authority, identity, gifts, and calling God had already placed within me.

I had to stop striving for more answers and start surrendering more deeply to His presence, His voice, His power, and His love.

I remember praying: “God, I want Your healing power and authority before my knowledge.”

And that prayer changed everything.

Since then, I’ve had the honor of witnessing God move powerfully through simple obedience: 🤍 through prayer and through laying on of hands, ive seen hips replaced, knees restored, necks repaired, inches brought back into height, migraines disappear, attacks on the body go, mental health issues set free, anxiety and depression gone, back pain gone, and so much more!!!

Ive seen so much healing and restoration and freedom from trauma and grief through inner healing , through creating space for the Holy Spirit to move , through loving people deeply in the presence of God....

I have watched lives transformed through healing, freedom, restoration, peace, breakthrough, deliverance, and encounter with Jesus.

My heart and mission is to help people experience the true healing love of God — not just physically, but spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and relationally as well.

Over the years, I’ve come to realize that many people are carrying deep wounds, trauma, fear, shame, grief, identity struggles, emotional pain, and spiritual heaviness that often impacts every area of their lives, including their physical health and ability to fully walk in freedom.

I believe true healing happens when people encounter the love, presence, truth, and restoring power of Jesus deeply within their hearts.

Through prayer, inner healing, worship, compassion, creating safe spaces for the Holy Spirit to move, and simply loving people well, I’ve witnessed incredible breakthrough, freedom, healing, peace, restoration, and transformation take place in people’s lives.

My mission is to continue carrying the hope, healing, freedom, restoration, and love of Jesus wherever God asks me to go — locally, nationally, and into the nations.

I believe God is calling many people in this season into deeper healing, deeper surrender, deeper identity, and deeper freedom, and I am committed to saying yes to the assignment He has placed on my life to serve His people with love, compassion, obedience, and bold faith.

Recently, I was invited to join a ministry mission team traveling to the Dominican Republic, and after much prayer, I truly believe this is part of the greater calling God has been unfolding in my life through healing ministry, prayer, restoration, revival, and outreach.

This mission trip is about so much more than travel.

It is about carrying the hope, healing, freedom, love, and presence of Jesus into the nations as He leads.

It is also part of a much bigger vision God is unfolding through The Well Life Healing Ministry, including future worship, prayer, healing, and freedom nights within local communities and beyond.

There are so many hurting people in this world searching for healing, peace, identity, freedom, and hope.

My passion is to see people HEALED, WALKING IN FREEDOM, and COVERED IN GOD’S LOVE.

As I prepare for this mission opportunity and continue building what God is asking of me through ministry, I’m inviting those who feel led to partner with me through prayer and financial support.
