We are raising money to save 2 little girls & their father from State Corruption & Evil people. The father is desperately in need of emergency funds to survive and bring his little girls back to him. The father is committed to God & to fighting the evil & corruption here on this earth that divides families and harms children. The funds will predominantly be used for: legal investigations (private investigator’s are needed) and solid legal representation to hold the corrupt & depraved accountable, and emergency funds for the father while he endures this fight. Here’s the story below:

This father was a stay at home dad for 3yrs and betrayed by his wife that he 100% trusted and was 110% committed to. They had been married for 6.5yrs & had been a couple for 15yrs. She had been having an affair and when he called her to have some conversations about it she denied it. All he wanted was honesty and a conversation… He meant his vows, and in those vows he had already vowed to forgive her for anything in the future when he said “I do”… She responded by planning with co conspirators for weeks to set him up and take him down and burn down the marriage & family that she chose to create.

She is an ER nurse, and a charge nurse. She and a coworker and some others manipulated the Sheriff’s Dept for weeks, and then the woman left work and falsely obtained a “protective order” to ambush her husband and have him removed from the home without warning. This is actually very easy to do. The Sheriffs then came with 8 deputies drawing weapons from the start when they arrived at their home to serve a civil process (protective orders are civil papers) while the father was at home alone with their little girls. She left work early to do this so that way he would be home alone with their girls, there was no reason to do this. This was all done to gain her an advantage and to help her escape liability in a fair divorce. She made 6 figures for 3yrs while he stayed at home with their daughters, if she just fairly divorced him then she would be paying him spousal support. If he established that she was having an affair and then she divorced him it would of course be worse for her.

The Sheriffs terrorized this man over civil papers and then manufactured a false felony arrest in May ‘24. Since the man trusted his wife and was one with her, everything was in her name and he was ok with that. He was unjustly held for 7.5mos. When the prosecutor realized they had a BIG problem with their false felony prosecution they then filed a civil case to take away his kids in Nov ‘24. The BIG problem was that the body cameras exonerated the father of what he was accused of. The civil case filed was only to save face for the prosecutor’s office and to do his ex wife a favor.

The day the man was falsely arrested his wife had moved in with a gay woman with their 2 little girls before he was even booked into jail. The gay woman has a 14yo daughter in a 3 bedroom house and somehow the man’s wife “just knew” that she could go and stay long term with this gay woman & bring her children. How interesting…because it was all planned. This gay woman had just previously filed a false protective order against her own wife, and then her wife filed for divorce 6wks prior to our father’s incident. His wife had zero reason to move in with this woman as she legally had the home and he was being held hostage in jail and there was no expectation that he could post a cash bond.

The man gets acquitted of the false felony and does his own investigation. Everything he had was stolen from him by his ex wife, she destroyed just about everything he had except clothes. He got his power tools back but none of the batteries for them. He was awarded $15K in the divorce but when he got released from captivity he filed to get that money and the divorce judge has ignored the filing. So with nothing the father launched his own investigation (he does have a background in security). Over the course of this he finds out that the gay woman also had custody of her eldest child removed from her for being psychologically & emotionally abusive & manipulative of the child. The man interviewed the woman’s ex wife and her girlfriend prior to the marriage and both reported being subjected to domestic violence and abuse by this woman & that she would begin altercations and then call LE and claim it was the other woman.

So his ex wife falsely claims that he is an abuser, and then moved in with a gay woman who is a certified abuser. Both women are nurses at the ER and have relationships with local LE.

In the civil case to take away his kids, Judge Redding was presiding over it. The man was able to get a No Contact order against the gay woman and his children, but then Judge Redding did a 180 on that and claimed that he didn’t want to be seen as “interfering in a same sex relationship”. Except that the ex wife has denied on multiple occasions that this woman is “only a friend…only a coworker”. Judge Redding was actively being a lawyer for the mother instead of being impartial. The father had begun visitation with his little girls after almost an entire year, which is barely visitation. The girls had him at home every day for 3yrs, then he’s ripped out of their lives, and then they get to see him just a couple hours a week. Then mom files to suspend visitation and Judge Redding just grants it without a hearing. Again the father is ripped away from the little girls. Then when there finally was a hearing it was found that mom’s claims had no cause or basis, but that doesn’t matter because the court operates “for the children”. Why would Judge Redding do this? His stepdaughter- Taylor Staubs.

The father & daughters were evaluated by a long time child psychologist in the visits, the child psychologist says that the father is no danger to the children. That they have a bond, that the girls love him & engage him, that the girls show no fear of him. But visitation remains at a scant minimum.

Then the father files a list of grievances with the court and demands that Judge Redding explain his legal reasons for the rulings he’s made which he’s legally required to do (it’s supposed to be in the orders). Instead of providing an explanation Judge Redding recuses himself in Sept ‘25. Then the prosecutor’s office recuses themselves from the case in Oct ‘25 claiming a “conflict of interest”. The case has been going for 11 months & there’s no conflict with the father- it can only be with the mother; if there was a conflict of interest in Oct ‘25 then it was surely present in Nov ‘24.

Taylor Loren Staubs, Judge Redding’s stepdaughter, had previously set up her own ex husband on false DV charges to steal custody of their child from him! And Judge Redding helped her do it! Staubs is also romantically involves with a married Captain of the Sheriff’s Office (long time affair of quite a few yrs). Staubs is the same age as this guy’s ex wife, lives in the same small community, is connected into local LE and the hospital through being a Forensic Interviewer and DV Prevention education, and then this guy’s ex wife basically does the same thing Staubs previously did & her stepfather ends up as the Judge on the case! The local system is entirely corrupt and they use children against parents and then get federal funding for it, it’s racketeering. See the additional links.

There is an active civil lawsuit in Berkeley County, West Virginia against Staubs, Judge Redding, and Captain Trent Heckman of the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO). Case No.: CC-02-2025-C-583. This case directly impacts a father and his children. Funding is urgently needed to expose and prove corruption at every level involved. This fight is not only about his daughters. It is about standing up for every family in the community who could be affected if corruption is allowed to continue unchecked. This father is committed to pursuing the truth fully and relentlessly, no matter how difficult, so that justice is not denied to others in the future.

This father has gathered substantial evidence, yet his attempts to move forward have not been permitted through local law enforcement. Court and prosecutorial actions have consistently favored his ex-wife, raising serious concerns when viewed alongside the Staubs matter. With independent investigative review, these children could be protected and reunited with their father, and any wrongdoing, if confirmed, could be addressed through proper legal channels.

Outside legal resources are essential. The Staubs case closely parallels this one, and an impartial examination may help bring accountability and justice to both.

The Governor’s Office has been contacted regarding this but the Governor doesn’t care, the WV AG has been contacted but they don’t care either. Apparently their position is that it’s not their responsibility to protect their citizen’s rights and to police abuse of power buy the agencies and local governments.

Any left over funds will be paid forward to churches to help families &/ or causes to help parents. This is how we battle Satan here on this earth in the spiritual war. This man wants nothing but for his daughters to have both of their parents and for his ex wife to get help from her downward spiral.
