Funds raised through this campaign will go to help pay back an individual resident of Fruit Cove Estates who has retained/paid an attorney for the purposes of protecting property / property values and to

protect Fruit Cove Estates residents and the Fruit Cove Community

from First Coast Energy/Daily from developing a gas station at SR 13 / Otoe's Rd.

Daily's has been stopped 2x previously. They have owned the property since 2016 and are trying again to have the property re-zoned for the 20+ pump gas station and car wash on SR-13 (Old Plant Nursery) with access through the only entrance/exit (Otoes Place behind Bella Vista Italian restaurant).

Please help us keep a portion of St Johns County from being over-developed.
