Sarah has been a victim of Family Court in Idaho. A survivor of domestic violence whose partner violated a protection order but his family convinced her to reduce charge and he would agree to complete programs to keep family intact. She agreed and as soon as he finished probation and some programs implemented a plan to “get rid of her and take her children's started. He was also a felony heroin trafficker. He met a ex acquaintance at probation. A girl that was on early parole for 1) Felony Meth trafficking 2) felony injury to her child who was 6 months and found in house with needles, fentanyl, meth and residue, foil pack with burn Mark. She is a persistent felon for years before this 3/2023 arrest and was allowed to move into the home Sarah had helped to support for 8yrs. This was immediately after involving DHW who helped remove her children and then illegally evicting her and her older daughter to the streets. She was kept from her children for months by perjured protection orders even after DHW released as charges unfounded. Court kept up the attack. The felony girlfriend has been taking care of her children and the little autistic boy tested positive for amphetamines while in fathers and her care. Judge brushed it off. He custody order has been written since May but does not kick in until end of August to collect back support they say she owes while they still keep her little boy estranged. This started in 10/2024 and continues. She started a business and found a place to live but finances are catching up with her. She needs some help With rent for next 2 months (August and Sept) and allow her to move forward with help of some advocates to hold parties accountable. Any small amount.
