Roof and Fence

I am 55 and disabled. I need help to fix my roof that has holes in it and to put up a fence. Any help is appreciated. I live by myself and my dog. I cannot walk her so I need to fence in my yard to be able to let her out. My house is old and there are holes in the roof I need fixed.
