Dereck has always been the steady heart of our family—the devoted husband who makes me feel loved every day, the proud dad who lights up when our kids walk into the room, and the passionate Little League coach who shows up for every practice, teaching young players more than just baseball. He’s the guy who never misses a chance to help a friend or brighten someone’s day.

For several years now, severe chronic pain in his major joints has stolen that from him. Simple things like playing with our children, coaching from the sidelines without struggling, or even getting through a full day of work have become incredibly difficult. He’s tried every traditional treatment available—physical therapy, medications, injections—but nothing has provided lasting relief.
