Hello. My name is Michelle and I am a single mother with a 13 year old daughter. Over the last few years life has been extremely hard for us like so many others! However this year I really felt like things were turning around. I overcame homelessness, was reunited with my daughter, started working and excelling at a new job and last but not least my daughter and I moved into a one bedroom apartment which might not have been much to anyone else but to us it's a castle! A fresh start another chance at a normal life. Until recently when the landlord started being extremely hateful to me, accusing me of things that in no way were my fault and has even gone as far as saying he didn't receive my rent payment. A week ago he delivered some papers to my apartment stating that he was terminating my lease for several lease violations and for non payment of rent. I tried to talk with him and tried reasoning with him which was a failure! So now my daughter and I have no place to go, no vehicle, and within the next few days no sense of security or stability. I normally wouldn't ask for help but I am out of options. So if there is anyone who can please help us I would be eternally grateful!
