Randy's health

Hi. I was in a car accident a few months ago. I had to have shoulder surgery that has not let me work for months. My bills are coming due and I do not have funds at this time to pay them. I have already lost over $30,000 in income. I pray I can return to work but my shoulder will not let me go back to lifting heavy things doing retail stock work. Any and all help would be a great blessing. Thank you.
