If you know Christian, you know a genuinely kind spirit who is always ready to serve. Life has thrown one obstacle after another at him this year. We want to help our “Uncle Christian” get back on his feet.

🙏 The Situation

Christian has been facing a wave of intense hardships since the devastating loss of his mother earlier this year. The loss of her income and his own job due to a malicious accusation plunged him into a deep depression.

While bravely attempting to establish a new career path via a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) program, a miscommunication regarding medications resulted in him being kicked out of the program. Despite successfully completing a costly return-to-duty process, he discovered that virtually no carriers will hire a driver who has been through that procedure. This has left him unemployed and unable to meet his basic living expenses while also navigating accumulated debt and a highly unstable housing situation.

💰 Our Goal: Meeting Immediate Needs

We are reaching out to help Christian cover the immediate and essential financial needs that have arisen from this difficult period.

Our goal of $4,000 will be used exclusively for securing his housing and vehicle:

• Housing Stability ($1,500): To cover this month's rent, including late fees. This is critical to prevent eviction, as he fears he will never find a new landlord with his pets and other limitations.

• Vehicle Stability ($2,500): To pay off repair debt and prevent his car from being repossessed, which is currently scheduled for New Year's Eve.

🛑 Why We Need Your Help

Christian is not someone who asks for help easily. He has exhausted all personal resources, including the small life insurance policy his mother left and back benefits received by his housemate. After months of searching and applying for jobs, he has finally been hired this week, but the first paychecks will not be in time to keep his housing and transportation. The immediate, accumulated debt and impending deadlines for eviction, utility shutoffs, and car repossession are overwhelming and terrifying him.

This fundraiser is a vital bridge to help him through this temporary crisis, giving him the time and peace of mind necessary to secure stable employment and maintain his home and his beloved dogs, who are his only remaining lifeline.
