PLEASE HELP ME FIGHT FOR MY FUTURE

My name is Tee, and I'm asking for help because I am facing a serious felony charge in (unnamed for case sensitivity) Texas and I cannot afford the private legal representation I desperately need.

I never imagined that I would find myself in this position.

In November 2025, I unexpectedly lost my job. What followed was monthsof financial hardship, trying to find employment while struggling to afford basic necessities like food, transportation, and fuel for job interviews.

I eventually found employment again, but by then I had already exhausted virtually every resource available to me.

During that difficult period, I made a decision involving a small amount of psilocybin mushrooms that has now resulted in a felony prosecution.My interest in psilocybin was connected to my own long-standing-struggle with mental health and my interest in the research surrounding its potential therapeutic applications.

I am not going to put the details of the case, other people's identities, orpotential evidence online because I have to protect my legal rights and avoid interfering with my defense.

What I can say is that there are circumstances surrounding this case that Ibelieve need to be thoroughly investigated by an experienced criminal-defense attorney.

I have been charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance involvingpsilocin. My indictment alleges an amount between 1 and less than 4 grams, and it also contains a prior-felony enhancement allegation from 2011.

My arraignment is scheduled for September 15, 2026.

I requested court-appointed counsel but was denied. I currently earn approximately $3,000 per month, and after rent, transportation, food,utilities, and other basic expenses, I simply do not have the moneyrequired to retain the caliber of attorney I believe this situation requires.

I'm Not Asking You to Decide My Case

I understand that people have strong opinions about criminal charges,controlled substances, and the decisions people make during difficult times.

I'm not asking anyone to decide whether I am guilty or innocent based on acrowdfunding page. I'm asking for the opportunity to have an experienced attorney investigate the facts, obtain and review the evidence, examine the circumstances surrounding the prosecution, and make sure my rights are protected.
