I'm a disabled 62yeold woman alone. I own my home WICH I have tried my best to keep up with. I have a very bad roof that needs replaced it's now started to leak I'm several placed to where the ceiling is starting to cave in upper room and in laundry room the tiles have fallen to the floor and I'm seeing black mold. I have had open heart triple bypass surgery this past year and really can't do much I've looked into grants and gov assistance. However I don't make enough to pay them back. So I'm trying another rout. I have no choice. The other day water leaked from my upper roof thru my craft room ceiling to my downstairs floor thru the ceiling. Please help if you can. I filled many applications even habitat for humanity with no response.
