Please help Alice

Alice is my best friend. My friemds parents founder her in their back yard. She could fit in the palm of my hand. Alice is my best friend and dont know what I could do without her. She has a knot growing on her neck and side for the past year. I need her to be checked out and treated. I dont know what I would do if I lost her and dont want her to be in pain.
