Pat had a stroke that has left her paralyzed on the left side. She cannot walk and is required to sit in a wheelchair. She must be assisted with bathroom, transfers from bed to chair etc. she is 82 years old. Her husband of 64 years is unable to assist her with transfers, bathing, dressing.
