In Memory of Parker

Campaign Created by: Nicholas Latham

Goal: USD $25,000
Raised: USD $ 18,983
I woke up this morning to the heartbreaking news of our friends, Shannon and Jill losing their son Parker yesterday.  This family is so sweet and has given so much to others.  They have hearts of gold.  I can't imagine the heart ache they are going through.  I have been crying all morning as we grieve and hurt with them.  There will obviously be costs for services, it would be great for us to give them a little extra so they can take some time to get away if need be and I think we can come together to make that happen.  Our family is going to donate $500 for every $5,000 we raise together up to $25,000.  Please consider giving.  Thank you and may God bless, comfort, give peace and  strengthen the Marsh family during this time.

Thank you!

As I sit here thinking over the past 2-3 weeks, I am sad and also encouraged.  There were times that I couldn't stop crying and times I was amazed by the outpouring of love for the Marsh family.  I recently had an interaction with Jill in which she asked me how they should say thank you.  Y'all, as you can imagine, they are overwhelmed by all of this.  They are so thankful for the outpouring of support in all facets.  From the meals, to the texts, calls, pm's, to the funds that you so kindly donated.  They say Thank You!!!  May we continue to pray for them as they mourn and as we mourn with them.  Only God has a peace that surpasses all understanding and we pray for the Marsh's in that.  Sometimes words do not express fullness of gratitude, but it is sometimes all we have.  Thank you again!!!
