In 2022, the SCOTUS finally gathered the Courage to admit that the plain meaning of the 2nd Amendment- & therefore identical language in Hawaii's State 'guarantee' (Article 1 sec 17)- recognizes the Right of We the People to Bear Arms for self-defense outside the Home. (NY Rifle & Pistol Assoc. v Bruen)

(I was 27 years Ahead of Time!!)

In 2003: I Compelled US District Court Judge Alan C. Kay to Declare Hawaii's CCW law UnConstitutional & the entire Chapter- HRS 134- Unenforceable! (BUT…the Feds did NOT halt enforcement & the Empty Robes @ the Hawaii Supreme Court let the entire LAWLESS, TYRANNICAL Statewide scheme continue without comment for the next 2 decades!)

THIS MEANS, that although my Facts & Arguments were Correct all along, my Paper Felony still stands until I return to Court & get my UnConstitutional Concealed Carry Conviction overturned!

For that I'm asking for your Help to regain my Full Citizenship- & Finalize the Dismantling of what UnConstitutionally remains in HRS 134.

Unlike virtually all of the 2nd Amendment's Professional Advocates, I have put my own Life & Liberty on the Line to Anchor the Right to Self-Defense in America, starting from America's most isolated Outpost, Hawaii- & Peacefully took the 2A Freedom Issue to Washington, D.C.:

Like Fred Korematsu & the 5th Amendment, I have Fought & Waited for Decades to Ensure & Anchor 2nd Amendment Constitutional Freedoms in Hawaii & the United States. (Korematsu v U.S.- more than 40 years for his Vindication!)

TIMELINE:
In 1993: Challenged Hawaii's Licensing & Registration Laws (Hawaii v Mendoza, 920 P.2d 357).

Arrested in 1995 for the Claim & Exercise of the Natural, Personal & Political Right to Bear Arms; NOW (Mostly!) State & Federally Acknowledged…Again.

Jailed in 1996 for failing to have the Concealed Carry Permit Hawaii PD Chiefs NEVER issued;

Banished from Hawaii in 1997 by Court Order.

In 1997: Direct Appeal to the SCOTUS (Mendoza v Hawaii, #97-9481, filed but never heard).

In 2005: I Arrived ALONE AGAIN @ SCOTUS: Mendoza v DeLima, 543 US 1152, filed but never heard.

** Along the way, only the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep & Bear Arms (CCRKBA/SAF's Alan Gottleib) Gun Owners of America (GOA's Larry Pratt), Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership (JPFO Founder Aaron Zelman) & the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) offered or provided any actual help. (Moral help, but no money!)

** Despite meeting the NRA's Tanya Metaska face to face with 2A Attorney/Author/Scholar Don Kates, the NRA was/is/has been Utterly Useless from 1995 to the present. (This was just after her Hawaii Tour, where Hawaii Rifle Association members on every Island she visited gave her my paperwork & Appealed for NRA Support.)
