🌟💔 It was a chilly morning when I walked into our small living room, eyes stinging from lack of sleep. The silence in that place was deafening; it echoed the emptiness inside my heart and bank account. That's when it hit me - this wasn’t just about surviving another day; it was about fighting back against what seemed like an insurmountable challenge.

I remember looking at our old, worn-out couch and thinking about how far I had fallen from grace – a registered nurse, someone who helped bring life into the world, now struggling to save her own dreams of helping others. This wasn’t just another setback; it was my reality. My once stable financial footing crumbled like a house of cards last year. And as much as I tried not to show it outwardly, inside I felt broken and defeated.

But then I thought about all the people waiting for me - they needed someone who had their back when things were tough! They looked up to me as their beacon of hope – even in my darkest times, I couldn’t give up without giving them a chance at light again. So here we are now: raising funds so that not one more person suffers through what many have endured already; it's time for change because no one should feel forgotten or alone when they need support the most.

You see, my purpose in life is to uplift and encourage others - whether it be comforting a grieving family during tough times as an empathetic nurse or providing guidance & advice at local community meetings. But first... I needed help myself! 🌱❤️
