Today, we ask you to help us to keep the promise of the Universal Antidote and open the door to Noah’s Ark. Help us launch our walk-in Chloride Dioxide Solution clinic where the disease-ridden, poverty-stricken of Bokoli will find affordable, safe and effective healing. As in the biblical story, this Ark and its Rainbow proclaim a new dispensation of Health for Humanity.
The Tragedy of Doctor Noah and the Renewal of Hope
This clinic is named for the heroic legacy of its leader, Doctor Noah. As an impoverished medical doctor tending to the poor of Kenya, Noah has undergone many tragedies including losing his life assets and imprisonment for simply saving lives with the Universal Antidote. But a culminating tragedy struck--literally--a year ago when his wife and daughter were outside in a sudden thunder storm and a lightning bolt instantly killed them both. Noah in deepest despair tried to end his life with poison but his best friend Oliver took him to emergency and saved his life. Now Noah--given this opportunity to launch the Universal Antidote Ark--has risen from his tomb of grief with a spirit declaring, “I’m ready and willing. I just need the opportunity”.
The Vision
We are raising $12,000 USD to establish the Noah’s Ark Universal Antidote Walk-In Clinic near Bokoli, Kenya—a safe, affordable community health hub where the poor can access Chlorine Dioxide Solution 3000ppm (CDS) and learn how to self-administer it for disease prevention and healing.
This clinic will:
• Operate with legal compliance to relevant authorities.
• Be staffed by a four-person team headed by Doctor Noah.
• Provide CDS along with education and informed consent agreements—ensuring each user takes responsibility for their own care.
• Serve as a beacon of hope in a region ravaged by preventable disease, unsafe water, and unaffordable hospitals.
The Crisis: Bokoli and Beyond
Kenya’s rural and peri-urban poor live under daily siege:
• Unsafe water: In Bungoma County, fewer than 4% of people have access to safe drinking water (far below the national rural average of 56%).
• Poor sanitation: Open drains, inadequate toilets, and polluted wells spread cholera, typhoid, dysentery, and malaria.
• Broken healthcare: Hospitals are overcrowded, distant, and demand fees so high that patients are sometimes detained until debts are paid.
• Rising chronic disease: Diabetes, hypertension, and cancer rates climb even as infectious disease remains rampant.
When infection strikes, many are left with two options: traditional remedies—sometimes ineffective or harmful—or nothing at all.
The Universal Antidote
Chlorine Dioxide (CD) is not new. In fact, it is one of the most studied disinfectants on earth.
• In 1988, NASA called it the “Universal Antidote” for its pathogen-neutralizing potential.
• It has long been used worldwide to disinfect drinking water, medical instruments, and food supplies.
• At extremely low concentrations, it destroys viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites.
Alternative scientists, medical pioneers, and countless testimonies confirm what the poor in Kenya already know: Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS 3000ppm) works. For cholera, typhoid, dysentery, malaria, even emerging viral diseases—CDS saves lives.
For years, our local heroes—Dr Noah and Oliver—have struggled to afford or access Chlorine Dioxide. When they do, they save lives. When they don’t, neighbors suffer and die from preventable causes.
Criminalized Compassion
Here lies the bitter irony:
• Sodium Chlorite (SC), the precursor to CDS, is not listed as a controlled or prohibited substance under Kenya’s Pharmacy and Poisons Act or Food, Drugs and Chemical Substances Act.
• SC and CDS are used officially for water purification and agriculture—yet individuals in rural Kenya have been arrested and jailed for possessing or sharing it to protect their communities.
• This is not law. This is misinformation, misuse of authority, and human rights violation.
A safe, science-backed, lifesaving chemical has been turned into a weapon against the poor.
