Hello everyone that’s reading this my name is Eugene Hubbard I live in West Virginia I’ve been living with my family for the last year me and my family was split apart from the last bad storm we had we lost everything just now getting back to normal again but can’t catch a break from all my bills was living in my car for a half a year spent all my savings for hotels and motels so if you can please help out it would be much appreciate
