Need help to get to my dad in icu in California

My dad had a sudden medical emergency and we are trying to get out to California to be with him. As his only family member I am trying to make his medical decisions from over 2000 miles away. And not able to see his condition in person. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this sudden medical emergency and time off work and travel expense was completely unexpected.
