Need Funds to Acquire Funds

Currently needing help to close accounts so I can acquire my funds. The account needs to be fully paid off in order for me to get my funds that are owed to me. There was no negotiation in order to use the funds in the account to pay the balance due. Currently out of work and had no other idea what I could do. Any help and support would be fully appreciated.
