For our small community in an unincorporated area of Surprise, Arizona, affected by the road conditions of N 143rd Avenue, we are raising funds to improve drainage and pave the Road from West Jomax to at least Oberlin, and hopefully to Dynamite Rd. All attempts to get help from local resources have resulted in dead ends, and the impact to the community is significant. Help to make a lasting improvement for everyone in the neighborhood.
