My moms funeral and expenses

My mom recently passed away her funeral cost was $11,000. Was one month behind on payments and a construction company has a lien on our house. I need money for a lawyer for probate and to catch up on the payments and pay the lien of $30,000. My dad passed away in 2016 our house burnt down in 2017 and my brother was killed in 2020. I have lived here since 2004 and do not want to lose this house. Anything that you donate will help and be greatly appreciated!
