My Name is Tim I'm an immigrant from Ukraine I came to the US for a better living but I got diagnosed with a serious brain condition. I had to transfer to DCS custody since my Family couldn't afford my surgery in 2021 , I was told I need a MRI after 5 years however my insurance won't cover it unless I pay in cash.
